Xero App Partner of the Month for May
It’s with great pleasure that I announce Ignition as Xero App Partner of the Month for May 2019!
I thought I would take the opportunity to briefly talk about what this award means to the team at PI and more importantly, what our partnership with Xero means for our customers.
There are many reasons why Ignition was nominated including our continued rapid growth, commitment to providing best practice content to the industry, award-winning events and raving customer reviews. In Xero’s own words, Ignition is a massive contributor to the culture of the ecosystem. It's our mission to be a positive and evolutionary voice within the community.
Xero’s ecosystem contains over 700 apps with a large focus on providing additional functionality and connectivity for small businesses. For those who haven’t yet seen, Xero has created a category for ‘Practice Apps’ - these are, apps that focus primarily on streamlining processes for accountants and bookkeepers on the Xero platform.
For those not familiar, Ignition automatically creates invoices in Xero and marks it as paid when Ignition Payments are enabled and we debit your client.
When the payment comes in through your bank feed, it will automatically pick up your invoice and make your firm's reconciliation a breeze.
When your client accepts a proposal, they accept your fee schedule - no more back-and-forth manual intervention is required.
You can also connect to Xero Practice Manager to allow Ignition to import your client and prospect database. This means no more time manually creating jobs and workflows; connect your proposals, invoicing, payments and workflow and systemise your onboarding process with Xero and Ignition.
We’ve had a great start to 2019 beginning with the Xero Roadshow, where we spoke with accountants and bookkeepers in over 20 cities around Australia. We're en route to the Xero Roadshow South Africa, and we're currently road-tripping around the United Kingdom.
It’s crazy to think that we’re now gearing up for Xerocon! Make sure you get along to San Diego (if you’re in the US) or Brisbane (if you’re in Australia).
