Ignition’s advanced proposal automation also includes bulk proposals and renewals, as well as bulk auto-price increases - ideal for firms that are engaging hundreds if not thousands of clients at any one time. Ignition is a trusted platform that’s been in the market for 12+ years serving 8,000 customers globally. We’re a 5-star rated app with multiple award wins, including Accounting Today’s top new product for two consecutive years in a row.

Ignition was purpose-built by an ex-accounting firm owner to help professional services businesses scale more efficiently. Since our inception, Ignition has helped customers engage 1.9m+ clients and process more than 11.6m+ payments—making us the safest bet if you’re looking for a long-term technology partner.

Yes, Ignition uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to keep your contracts, client data, and payment information secure. Ignition partners with well-renowned payment provider, Stripe to power it’s payment platform.

Yes, Ignition offers more app integrations, including Gusto, Xero, XPM, ProConnect and Slack - with additional integrations planned in 2025 with Wolter Kluwers CCH Axcess and Thomson Reuters Onvio. These integrations enable automated workflows, improving overall efficiency for your team.

Ignition has direct integrations with Gusto, QuickBooks Online, Karbon, ProConnect, Slack, Xero and more. Through our Zapier integration, Ignition can also connect with over 7,000 apps, including Hubspot, Financial Cents, Typeform and more, providing endless possibilities to automate your workflows and scale your business.

Ignition offers a monthly or annual software subscription (starting from $39 p/m when billed annually), plus charges for payment transaction fees. While Anchor does not charge for the software subscription, it charges $5 per payment received + transactions fees. Both Ignition and Anchor offer the option to pass on credit card payment fees to clients.

While ‘free’ software can be alluring, Anchor’s $5 per payment cost can quickly add up for scaling firms invoicing a high volume of clients per month. For example, Ignition’s Solo plan will cost your firm $39 per month (if billed annually) to manage agreements and payments for up to 20 clients, with no transaction fees if passing credit card surcharges to clients. If you compare that to Anchor’s $5 per payment received, you could be charged up to $100 per month if you collect payments from 20 clients.
