The challenge: Getting bogged down with manual processes and delayed client payments

TALEA is a sensory branding agency that offers tailored music solutions to businesses that want to elevate their physical spaces, including luxury hotels and retailers. The agency operates through a monthly subscription model, which makes consistent cash flow critical to its success.

TALEA's pricing is highly dependent on multiple factors, including the number of venues and the level of service each client needs. As such, the team customizes their offerings for the initial venue set-up, before charging clients an ongoing monthly subscription for tailored music playlists. 

Manual payments created cash flow bottlenecks

TALEA's client agreement processes worked fairly well, but the agency grappled with manual invoicing and delays in receiving payments because the team couldn’t collect payments quickly. 

TALEA needed to get paid on a predictable and consistent basis, but its payment processes meant the agency had to wait for checks to be mailed in, creating cash flow challenges.

Once a verbal agreement is reached, the formal client agreement is created in Ignition. Clients provide payment details upfront when they sign which then allows the team to implement automatic billing and payments seamlessly in the platform.
