Ignition launches Continuing Professional Development course in Client Engagement and Commerce for accounting profession


The free, on-demand certification course provides accounting professionals with tools to enhance their client engagement and scale their business


Sydney, Australia, October 5th — Ignition, the world’s first client engagement and commerce platform for the accounting and professional services industry, has launched its first Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course, titled Ignition Certification Program

The free, on-demand Ignition Certification Program is designed for accountants and bookkeepers who are interested in driving efficiencies in their businesses. Through a series of online learning tutorials, participants will learn how to utilise Ignition’s platform to streamline client engagement, automate payments and scale their business.

Available from today, participants have access to 40 lessons curated on Thinkific and recognised by industry professional and member associations. The course offers functional Ignition platform training, including:

  • How to create proposals and email templates
  • Automating payments and billing information
  • Cloud accounting integrations such as connecting to Xero and Intuit Practice Management

To help accounting professionals update and maintain their capabilities, participants of the program in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom are eligible for four hours of verifiable CPD. In the United States, participants will receive 2 hours of verifiable CPD.
