Ignition launches new template gallery; paving the way for future one-click proposal experiences
Sydney, Australia, August 7th — Ignition, the world’s first client engagement and commerce platform for professional services businesses, has today launched a new proposal and engagement letter template gallery on its website designed to make it easier for accountants, bookkeepers and professional services businesses to engage their clients.
The collection of more than 80 templates, which are also available in the Ignition app, has been created by leading industry experts and partner industry organizations from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and South Africa, including Gusto, Intuit, Chartered Accountants ANZ, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and more.
Businesses can easily access the ready-made accounting and bookkeeping proposal templates in Ignition, allowing them to quickly create impressive proposals to win over clients and get paid effortlessly. By using Ignition proposal templates, businesses can avoid costly errors from incorrect pricing or inaccurate data, and bridge the compliance knowledge gap in their firms.
Templates range from monthly accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services to tax and people advisory services – often presented in three option packages and including recommended pricing, services and billing schedules.
Recently launched proposal templates include tax planning and advisory templates in partnership with Intuit Tax Advisor, and recessionary services templates for accountants to provide advisory services to clients facing recessionary and inflationary pressures.
Ignition customers can create and send a proposal in as little as a minute using proposal templates, while their clients have accepted proposals as fast as 45 seconds. With the help of Ignition’s proposal and terms templates, customers can get their proposals out the door in half the time it takes compared to not using a template.
Mia Stirling, Founder at Santi Accounting in Brisbane, Australia and a customer of Ignition, said, “It’s so quick and easy to get started with Ignition. I used the engagement letter templates from the get-go and I also love using the proposal templates to get ideas for customizing my own proposals.
Since implementing Ignition, Santi Accounting’s business growth has skyrocketed, with 142 new clients acquired in the first six months.
Dane Thomas, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Ignition said, “The Ignition platform is used by more than 5,000 accounting, bookkeeping and professional services firms to engage their clients, get paid and automate their critical workflows. Our proposal templates and engagement letter templates speed up this process immensely, meaning our customers can spend more time focusing on building and improving their client relationships.”
Bronwyn Karaoglu, Vice President of Marketing at Ignition said, “Ignition templates give professionals and their clients the clarity, confidence, convenience and control they need to do business together effectively and efficiently. The launch of our template gallery paves the way for future one-click proposal experiences, which will further reduce the time spent on unnecessary admin for our customers.”
Ignition has invested heavily in its platform over the past 18 months to help accounting, bookkeeping and professional services businesses spark long-lasting client relationships with ease.
