Our firm offers one-on-one guidance, provided by certified business coaches. We’ll kick off the process by framing your goals and breaking them into realistic milestones.
Once we’ve got a sense of your goals, we’ll run an internal assessment, and we’ll look at the inner workings of your company—numbers, organization, process—everything.
The goal is to identify the behaviors and process you’re doing well, as well as the ones standing in the way.
Our coaching program is led by seasoned executives, leaders, and business professionals that know how to boost client engagement and deliver results. And, while we’re here to offer feedback and inspire change, rest assured, we believe in a compassionate coaching style—with a little dash of tough love.

Leadership Training
This includes four sessions of leadership training.
A short series of development courses, our firm works with individuals and small groups to accelerate leadership growth. This program is designed for new managers or business owners that need to level up their skill set—fast.
Our business coaching program will take place throughout four sessions, and will help burgeoning executives develop the leadership skills needed to drive the organization forward.
Before we schedule a package of courses, your coach will get in touch to understand the state of your business today. Once we have an idea of where you need help most, we’ll develop a customized series of courses.
We do require some advance planning, so keep that in mind when you book. We ask that sessions are scheduled at least a month in advance, to allow us to put together a custom curriculum built with your goals in mind.
Small Business Coaching
Whether you’re stuck in a rut or your sales are at a standstill, chances are, it’s time to make some changes. But, to solve problems, you need to be able to identify them in the first place. A business coach steps in to help you inspire that change—and move forward.
Business owners can benefit significantly by seeking out expert guidance. With that in mind, our coaches will approach this relationship like a partner, albeit one with strong business acumen.
This service will take place on a weekly basis—and we’ll meet at your office for some big-picture planning. We also check in with all staff, at every level, as it allows us to understand the challenges and competency gaps that need immediate attention.

Please read your terms of service as it contains important information.
Dear {{ client.name }},
This letter represents our mutual understanding of the terms outlined above. It will also go over the types of service we provide and any limitations or stipulations associated with those services.
Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables
Our firm will provide coaching services both on a team and individual basis, depending on the service(s) you choose.
We will work with you to develop a vision for your business and come up with a list of objectives spanning several areas such as leadership, financial, and communication.
Clients receive a custom coaching plan, as well as weekly sessions with a small business coaching expert. Our leadership training is priced on a one-off basis and must be booked at least a month in advance.
Project Period of Performance
This project will start (insert date) and conclude (insert date). Work will not be done outside of these dates unless agreed upon, in writing, by both the firm and the client.
Confidentiality
Any information gathered from the client is subject to an air-tight confidentiality agreement. We will not disclose any information to third-party sources unless required by law.
Fees
By signing this document, the client agrees to the fees outlined above. Ongoing small business coaching is a recurring charge, which will take place over a six-month period. After the term has come to an end, you’ll have the option to keep paying for services or opt out.
Deliverable Ownership
Any original documents exchanged within this relationship will remain the property of the client. We do, however, have the right to retain a reasonable number of copies for internal record-keeping.
Hard copies of any coaching plans or strategies will be provided to the client but will remain the property of the firm.
Confirmation of Terms of Service
Please sign the agreement to indicate you agree with the terms, as outlined in the above sections.
The contract is effective upon signing unless changes have been communicated in writing between both parties.
