Keep your designer on a monthly retainer. Our graphic designers will create visual concepts based on your pre-established style guide using a combination of computer software and hand-drawn designs to inspire and attract your ideal audience.
The designer will work to help you revitalize marketing materials, create graphics for social media, and more.

Brand Style Guide
Your brand style guide is more than just a logo and a palette. A style guide serves as the point of reference for everything from things like the font you use and how social media posts should look across all relevant channels. Our designers know how important a comprehensive style guide. This serves as the reference point for how you and your employees represent your brand—both internally and in a public-facing capacity.

Terms of Service
Commencing {{proposal.commencement.date}}
This agreement will serve as a formal contract, outlining our relationship moving forward. It will also provide an overview of the graphic design service our firm provides, as well as any limitations you'll need to be aware of before we begin work.
Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables
Our work here is two-fold. Our firm will provide a comprehensive style guide, complete with graphics, typography and a dedicated palette. This one-time service will give you brand a cohesive voice and ensure that you have a dedicated aesthetic for all marketing materials moving forward.
Secondly, our firm will provide up to 10 hours per month of graphic design services--including the creation of graphics, illustrations, and more.
Project Period of Performance
The project will start on { proposal.commencement_date }} and end on {{ proposal.end_date }}. No work will take place outside the dates listed above unless agreed upon in writing.
Ongoing services will be rendered until one or both parties terminate the agreement in formal writing. The client must give 30 days’ notice should they wish to stop service.
Accountability
Any information received from the client will remain confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third parties unless the client gives permission or the law requires that information be disclosed.
Fees
Fees reflect the mutually agreed upon rates and will be billed on a monthly basis, as outlined above. This arrangement is subject to change only under the following circumstances:
Liability Limitation
There is Professional Standards Legislation in place that limits our liability.
Deliverable Ownership
Any original documentation provided by the client will remain the client's property. However, our firm retains the right to keep relevant copies of designs created during the term of this agreement for company records.
Hard copies and electronic documents generated during the scope of this contract will be given to the company. However, our firm does retain the rights to this content.
Terms of Service
• The client and contractor will discuss work in regularly scheduled update meetings to discuss the progress of work.
• All information exchanged between our firm, and the client will be treated as confidential.
• All communications made concerning contracted services must be submitted in formal writing.
• No graphic design contractor will be granted the authority to act on behalf of the client company.
• The graphic designer is an independent contractor, and will not be eligible to receive retirement contributions, health insurance, or worker's compensation as part of this agreement.
Contract Termination
Should you wish to terminate the services outlined in this agreement, we ask you to give 30 days’ advance notice. No refunds will be issued.
Confirmation of Terms of Service
By signing the agreement, you are consenting to the fees, terms, and services outlined above.
Again, any changes to this agreement or the scope of work must be submitted in writing.
