These terms confirm our understanding of the project deliverables, and any limitations to those services. If you have any questions, get in touch before signing to {{ email address }}.
We agree to conduct a Full PPC Audit of your existing PPC accounts, landing pages, social media pages, and other platforms as agreed). We’ll provide our findings in a performance report within fifty days of contract acceptance, provided all requested materials are provided in a timely manner.
We also agree to perform agreed-upon PPC services across various platforms on an ongoing monthly basis. This may include (but is not limited to), Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Apple, or other PPC platforms.
Work will begin on {{ proposal.commencement_date }}. This contract extends for twelve months, with a monthly payment due for ongoing PPC campaigns, until {{ proposal.end_date }}. Work may continue after this dates after approval of a new proposal.
In order for us to load ads in a timely manner, we’ll request content and changes from you, such as graphics, logos, written content, ad platform passwords, SEO research, website or land page changes. You’ll need to provide these within three days of request to avoid project delays.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside their control.
All sensitive information – such as passwords – will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose information to another party, except as required by law or with your written consent.
Please pay fees in full on time. Campaigns require funds to operate, and may be switched off or paused with fees are not paid, which can impact performance.
Work completed outside of the scope of this agreement will be charged at an additional rate to be agreed upon at the time of commencement of this additional work.
We guarantee that your project receive the attention of an experienced marketing professional. We do not subcontract out to firms or individuals. All IP work undertaken will be our original work and will not infringe or violate copyright or trademark laws. You advertising accounts will only be used for the purpose of operating your campaigns.
This is a work-for-hire contract. As such, any copyrights we hold on work conducted for your company or under your company name pass to you upon completion.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Should either party decide to terminate the contract, we reserve the right to collect fees for services provided up until the date of termination. A final invoice will be issued within 30 days of termination, and will include the standard payment terms.
This document and any incorporated attachments constitute the agreements between the two parties, and supersede all other communications, both written and oral.
