Please read your terms of service as it contains important information.
Commencing {{proposal.commencement.date}}
This agreement functions as a formal understanding of our arrangement moving forward. It will also serve as an overview of the social media marketing services we will provide; plus, any limitations you need to be aware of.
Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables
Our company will provide a comprehensive social media strategy, copywriting, and managing Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. Together, these services aim to boost your company's online presence, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates. We will measure these KPIs against agreed-upon metrics and review progress on a weekly basis.
Project Period of Performance
The project will commence on { proposal.commencement_date }} and will end on {{ proposal.end_date }}. Work will only take place outside of the listed dates if both parties agree to extend the arrangement in writing.
Accountability
On our end, any information received from the company will remain confidential. We will not disclose this information to other parties unless the company grants permission or if the law requires we disclose the information in question.
Fees
Fees reflect the mutually agreed upon rates and will be billed on a monthly basis, as outlined above. This arrangement is subject to change only under the following circumstances:
Liability Limitation
A Professional Standards Legislation-approved scheme has been put in place, limiting our liability.
Deliverable Ownership
Any original documents provided by the client will remain the property of the client. However, our firm retains the right to keep any relevant copies relating to social media campaigns, branding, or content for our company records.
Electronic documents and hard copies produced within the scope of this contract will be given to the client, but we retain the rights to this content.
Terms of Service
• The client and contractor will hold weekly update meetings or conference call to discuss upcoming social media strategies.
• Any information exchanged during this term of this agreement will be treated as confidential.
• Any communication regarding contractor services must be submitted in writing.
• No social media contractor will be granted authority to speak on behalf of the company.
• Social media contractor is not eligible to receive insurance benefits, retirement contributions, or worker’s compensation.
Contract Termination
Should you wish to dissolve the terms of this contract, we ask you to provide 30 days’ notice of your intent to terminate the agreement. No refunds will be issued.
Confirmation of Terms of Service
Signing this contract indicates you have accepted the terms, fees, and conditions outlined above.
Any changes to this contract must be submitted in writing.
