Or, we’ll come up with a plan for what needs to change. The latter involves conducting an audit and working with you to adopt new technologies, equipment, and a method for digital transformation.

Terms and Conditions
This document serves to confirm that both the client and contractor understand the terms of the agreement. It also covers the services we provide and any limitations that might come into play.
Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables
Our firm will provide technology consulting services to the client. This work covers strategy, training, and implementation of new equipment, software, and internal procedures.
Period of Performance and Payment Schedule
The project will begin on (DATE). Technology modernization will be scheduled on an as needed basis and billed monthly. The monthly consulting package will also be charged monthly ongoing for the duration of the contract. Contracts are for six months or one year. When the contract ends, it will automatically renew. Changes or cancellations must be communicated 30 days in advance.
Fees
Fees are charged on an hourly or monthly basis, depending on your need. All costs will be determined, in writing, before services are performed. In some cases, additional fees may apply to the client invoice for materials, equipment, or travel.
Confidentiality
Any documents, intellectual property, or trade secrets that belong to the client will be kept confidential. We will refrain from disclosing any company information without permission from the client.

Please sign and return this letter if you agree with the arrangements outlined above. The contract is effective upon signing.
