Ignition offers you 3 options for hybrid working in all of the locations in which we operate. These are:
- Home based
- Office based (if there’s an office in your city)
- A flex between the two.
When you join us, you can choose an Ignition-approved work location that suits you best. Currently, our offices are in Sydney, Toronto and Kelowna (in British Columbia). If we don’t have an office in your city, we’ll offer you a pass to a shared workspace. So even if you do your best work in an office, you’ll still have that option.
